One of our past guests, Tanya Ward reached out to us to help arrange a fundraising dinner to support Tour De Cure.
So in typical Forage style, we will be providing a 6 course degustation with matched wines at a secret location in Manly. A portion of your seat price will go to Tour De Cure as well as proceeds from the silent auction. Limited seats available so get in quick.

In March 2017, Tanya Ward will be cycling over 300 km to raise money for the fight against cancer with the Tour de Cure in memory of her mum who passed away from Cancer in 2007.
Tour de Cure is a cycling foundation and tier 1 charity dedicated to raising funds for the fight against cancer. Since 2007 the Tour de Cure has raised over $25 million to help fund 252 vital Cancer research, support and prevention projects helping men, women and children.
Cancer does not discriminate, as we unfortunately know all too well. The Tour de Cure’s mission is simple – to cure cancer.
During the Tour, riders not only raise money to find a cure but also raise community awareness, through visits to schools and communities along the ride. More kids, people and communities need to know that they can help prevent cancer by making healthy lifestyle choices.
Cancer is a dreaded disease that touches the lives of friends, family and colleagues. Here are some cancer facts:
- Every 29 seconds someone in the world will find out they have cancer.
- Cancer is the leading cause of premature death in Australia. It is not one illness but can affect us in more than 100 different illnesses.
- 1 in 2 Australian men and 1 in 3 Australian women will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.
- 1 in 3 cancer cases are preventable (Cancer Council Australia).
- Cancer does not discriminate.
